Chairman Sheng-Yung Liu and Group Chairman Lily Wu co-founded Golden Biotechnology Corp which was established in 2002 and dedicates in developing of innovative new drug (NCE).

Chairman Liu recruited many teams of experts and engaged in the establishment of complete screening platforms for human cancer cells, degenerative diseases, cardio-vascular diseases and a huge database of new drug candidates in 2003. In 2006, GoldenBiotech successfully developed a new small molecule Antroquinonol as key candidate for new drug research pipeline. Chairman Liu leads the Management Team of the company for completing the profound preclinical studies in many internationally renowned research institutions and initiates research and multi-national clinical trials for oncology, cardio-vascular, neuro-degeneration, auto-immune, viral infectious disease and other indications.
